Equipment Monitoring: Oversee plant machinery via gauges, dials, and computerized control panels (SCADA/HMI) to ensure optimal performance and identify process deviations.
Routine Maintenance: Perform regular site inspections, lubricate moving parts, and conduct preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions or unusual vibrations, address mechanical issues, and assist maintenance teams with complex repairs.
Quality Control: Collect material samples, conduct routine testing, and adjust machine settings to guarantee the final output meets strict quality standards.
