About the Role

We are seeking a technically skilled Junior Project Analyst to support AI model training initiatives and manage project-related data and operational workflows. The ideal candidate should combine analytical and project coordination skills to track workflows, monitor data quality, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely and accurate project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day activities related to AI model training, data annotation, QC, and data delivery workflows, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Support data collection, analysis, validation, and quality checks to meet project and training requirements.
Act as the first-level point of contact for tagger queries, provide process guidance, and escalate complex issues or blockers appropriately.
Proactively monitor workflows and team activities to identify and flag errors, inconsistencies, process deviations, and potential blockers early.
Coordinate with Team Leads and cross-functional teams including Project Management, Data Science, Data Ops,



and QC to ensure smooth workflow execution.
Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, task progress, dependencies, and pending actions across multiple projects.
Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, dashboards, and MIS using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF functions, filters, conditional formatting, and Power Query.
Use ClickUp, JIRA, or similar tools for task management, status updates, workflow tracking, and documentation.
Support tagger onboarding, training, process clarification, performance tracking, and operational continuity during TL absence or delegation.
Prepare daily/consolidated project reports, maintain operational documentation, and perform benchmarking/analysis as required.
Identify recurring issues and process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
