Business Analyst (AI Applications)
Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Business Analyst with proven expertise in building and testing of Enterprise applications. This role serves as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring AI-driven solutions are meticulously designed, strategically aligned, and meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

● Elicit and document business requirements and pain points, translating them into comprehensive user stories and process workflows.

● Define and execute robust testing strategies for AI applications, ensuring data accuracy, model reliability, and compliance during the UAT phase.

● Engage in daily collaboration with development teams and business stakeholders to monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and roadblocks.

● Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs)



to measure project success and drive continuous improvement.

● Develop and maintain user guides and documentation, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and user adoption.

● Deliver engaging product demonstrations, effectively articulating feature enhancements and business value to key stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:

● 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a solid focus on UAT for Enterprise Applications, ideally in AI/ML-driven settings.

● Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business needs with technical execution.

● Proficiency in JIRA, MS Excel, Word, Analytics and PowerPoint, with a keen eye for data-driven decision-making.
