Final-year students or recent graduates with solid fundamentals and solid personal/academic Django projects
Developers with up to 3 years of hands-on professional experience

What You Will Do
Build backend systems using Python, Django, Django REST Framework, and other tools as needed
Write clean, working, scalable code — and be able to explain your choices
Build and manage REST APIs
Fix and improve existing systems
Contribute to the structure and design of application features
Work with other teams to understand requirements and propose the right technical solutions
Integrate AI tools to improve development workflows as they're introduced

Must-Have
Hands-on experience with Python and Django (via work, internships, or solid personal/academic projects)
Working knowledge of Django REST Framework (DRF) for building APIs
Experience with at least one database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
