What You'll Do:

* Build a system to conduct and evangelise user research at high frequency
* Independently plan and execute generative and evaluative research, including
user interviews,



usability testing, surveys, contextual inquiries, diary
studies, concept testing, and journey mapping
* Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and business
stakeholders to ensure research insights inform product roadmaps, feature
prioritization, and design decisions
* Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs, behaviors,
pain points, and opportunities
* Create clear research outputs such as insight reports, personas, journey
maps, chance frameworks, and product recommendations
* Present findings to stakeholders and leadership through compelling
storytelling and actionable recommendations
* Mentor junior researchers and help strengthen user-centered thinking across
the organization
* Improve research operations, including templates, repositories, processes,
tools, and best practices
* Advocate for inclusive, accessible, and evidence-based produ
