Description
As a Tax Accounting Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the Direct and Indirect Tax function, including month-end and quarter-end close activities, tax accounting, reconciliations, and provision calculations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to reporting and presentations for senior management on key tax and financial metrics.

This opportunity is exclusively for Semi qualified CA / CMA candidates (Both groups of Inter completed)

Responsibilities
Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including preparation and posting of journal entries.
Perform account reconciliations and prepare tax sub-ledgers.
Conduct balance sheet and P&L; flux analysis.
Prepare and support direct and indirect tax provisions.
Prepare or review VAT/GST input and output reports for statutory filings.
Assist in tax compliance, reporting, and audit-related activities.
Collaborate with Tax, IT Systems, Accounts Payable,



and Inventory teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Support management reporting and presentation of key tax metrics.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
CA Inter / CMA Inter (Semi-qualified) candidates - Both Groups completed
0 to 1 years of experience in Tax Accounting, Financial Accounting, or related areas.
Knowledge of Direct Tax and Indirect Tax processes.
Experience in preparing tax reconciliations and tax provisions.
Working knowledge of SAP for journal entries and reconciliations.
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
Pivot Tables
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
Advanced formulas
Macros (preferred)

Preferred Skills
Exposure to VAT/GST compliance and reporting.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven workplace
