Role Overview:
We are seeking a oriented and analytical skilled to join our RCU Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This role is critical in providing real-time, data-backed insights to the team head and ensuring robust risk monitoring and control mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Data Collection & Validation: Gather data from internal systems, reports, and external sources to support risk analysis and monitoring.
• Data Analysis: Perform detailed analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risk indicators.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports for internal stakeholders and senior management.
• Dashboard Creation: Design and update interactive dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI to visualize key metrics.
• Presentation Support:



Develop impactful PowerPoint presentations summarizing findings, trends, and recommendations for leadership reviews.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data inputs.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate and streamline data collection and reporting processes.
• Compliance Support: Assist in monitoring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements through data insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
•
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, MIS reporting, or risk/compliance roles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with SQ
