Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
Experience administering/customizing Jira and Confluence (Cloud or Data Center), including workflow and permission design.
Hands-on experience with Jira Service Management (portals, SLAs, automation, and knowledge base integrations).
Solid Power BI skills (data modeling, Power Query, DAX, visualization best practices) and experience building operational dashboards.
Experience integrating Atlassian data via REST APIs, marketplace apps, or exports; familiarity with basic scripting/automation is a plus.
Practical experience using Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity (documentation, analysis, insights) with awareness of Responsible AI and data security.
Robust written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
