Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2 support for routing related incident across enterprise Packaging & Tools workplace
Troubleshoot and resolve issue and configuration updates
Assist implementing routing change, patch selection policies, and configuration update
Use basic Splunk searches to analyze logs, troubleshooting routing anomalies and support incident diagnosis
Coordinate with service providers for circuit level escalations and performance issues.
Monitor and track link availability interface status, and routing tables
Maintain documentation including network topology diagrams , SPOs and incident records.
Ensure tickets are uploaded with resolution details and escalated as needed within SLA timelines.
