Position Title: Python Tech Lead

ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Python Tech Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading the implementation of scalable and effective web and software applications. This role involves providing technical leadership to the development team, ensuring best practices in coding,



architecture, and system design. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Python and its frameworks (such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI), and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable software solutions aligned with organizational goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan, document, and execute technical specifications for current features or system architecture.
• Design, build, and configure applications to meet business and process requirements.
• Lead and mentor the development team in design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications.
• Write testable, scalable, and efficient code while performing regular code reviews.
• Provide strategic technical direction that aligns with the company’s product and software development vision.
• Oversee end-to-end project development, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance
