Requirement:
Master’s Degree in Thermal Engineering / Heat Power
2 to 5 years of experience in technology development, advanced product development, compressor technology or rotating machinery applied to Refrigeration, Air Conditioning or any other applications.
Hands-on experience in concept development, technology maturation, and development of cutting-edge engineering solutions from concept to validation.
Solid foundation in thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, structural mechanics, and mechanical design principles.
Very keen on Creativity and Innovation and self-motivated to drive innovation.
Proficient in applying the technical understanding and design principles to the product design and should be able to correlate with actual product testing.
Hands-on experience with GT-SUITE for 1D system and performance analysis.
Ability to develop, calibrate, validate, and troubleshoot models for thermodynamic, fluid flow, heat transfer, and mechanical systems.
Experience in applying analytical and data-driven approaches to support engineering decisions and technology development.
Knowledge of HVAC&R; systems, compressors, refrigeration
