NWe're looking for a smart, curious and highly energetic Creative Production Intern who wants to understand how an idea becomes a film.
NThis is not a desk-only internship.
NYou'll work across the filmmaking process — researching ideas, developing concepts, creating pitch decks, preparing for productions and being on the ground with our team during shoots.

Brainstorm concepts forfilms and campaigns N
Find robust visual and storytelling references N
Develop moodboards and creative references N
Help turn rough ideas into clear film concepts N
Explore engaging formats and storytelling approaches N
nPITCHES & PRESENTATIONS

Help develop creative pitch decks and treatments N
Research references forupcoming client prospects N
Structure ideas into compelling presentations N
Work with the creative and business teams on pitches N
Use AI and modern creative tools to research, visualise and develop ideas faster N
nPRE-PRODUCTION

Assist with production planning N
Research locations, talent and shoot requirements N
Help prepare schedules,shot lists and production documents N
Coordinate with crew, vendors and internal teams N
Keep track of requirements before the team reaches the shoot N

nYou'll be expected to go on shoots and actively participate in production.
