Description
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales within your assigned territory. Your primary goal is to increase market penetration, build strong relationships with channel partners and customers, and ensure the effective execution of sales strategies. You will play a vital role in representing the Legrand brand and its innovative electrical and digital solutions.

Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with channel partners, electrical consultants, contractors, and builders.
Engage and educate end customers on Legrand's products and solutions.
Implement and execute sales strategies and promotional activities.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Provide regular feedback and insights to the sales team and management.
Conduct market research and identify recent business opportunities.
Support the development and training of channel partners.




Ensure timely delivery of products and excellent customer service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the electricals.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building robust customer relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of accounts.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
