Job Purpose:
Responsible for sales closure through leads generated for all asset & liability products via Internal & External lead channels of the Bank.
Objective: Achieve business targets and efficiency targets.
SEs must deliver defined daily productivity to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets, aligning with key efficiency and hygiene parameters for the product.

Job Responsibilities:

Meet monthly/yearly business targets and maintain productivity benchmarks.
Ensure file pickup & sales closure.
Quality Management:
Understand customer needs and sell the right product.
Ensure effective interaction/communication with customers.




Work on feedback from supervisors/training & quality managers regarding appointment quality and customer communication.
Cross-sell different bank products as per customer requirements.
Adhere to processes for call management, lead management, database management, and customer management.
Attend product, soft skills, process training programs, and refreshers.
Process Management:
Follow channel processes and guidelines.
Strictly adhere to the Code of Conduct and other compliances.
Maintain required system login.
Maintain business productivity.
Ensure adherence to management guidelines to minimize customer complaints related to misinformation/misrepresentation.
Adhere to business performance in lead management, appointments fixed, business in hand, logins, disbursements, hygiene parameters (complaints), and sourcing mix.
