Job Description:

Position: Production Chemist

Location: Vapi

Experience: 2 - 3 Years

Industries: FMCG

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities as per production plan and targets.
Manage manpower allocation and ensure smooth shift operations.
Monitor production processes, productivity, and machine performance.
Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, HACCP, safety, and quality standards.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments.
Monitor raw material and packaging material availability and consumption.
Maintain production records, reports, and shift handover documentation.
Identify production issues, minimize downtime, and improve efficiency.
Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices on the shop floor.
Train and guide operators on processes, safety, and work standards.





Required Skills
Positive knowledge of FMCG production processes.
Robust manpower and shift management skills.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, 5S, and safety practices.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of production documentation and MS Excel.

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary: - Upto 3.00 LPA
