NJob Title - Quality Control Manager - Central Due Diligence

NJob Purpose:
NThe role of the Quality Control manager to ensure the highest standards of quality in our products/services. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire quality control process, conduct inspections, identify defects, and recommend improvements to meet regulatory and company standards.
NRoles & Responsibilities:

Inspect and test incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards. N
Develop, implement, andmaintain quality control procedures and documentation. N
Monitor production processes and provide feedback to improve quality and efficiency. N
Identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions. N




Maintain records of inspections, tests, and related activities for compliance audits N
Ensure adherence to standard defined process and regulatory guidelines. N
Train production staff on quality control standards and best practices. N
Collaborate with the quality assurance (QA) team to improve the overall quality management system. N

nEducational Qualifications:
NGraduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
NPost-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.Com) / Master of Arts (MA)
NExperience: 5 - 10 years of relevant experience
