About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Commercial Analyst to join our credit assessment team. In this role, you will evaluate loan proposals for Commercial Vehicles (CV) and Construction Equipment (CE), analyze financial statements and borrower viability, draft credit recommendation notes, and ensure compliance with retail credit policies. You will work closely with internal business teams to ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining portfolio quality and low delinquency.

Key Responsibilities:

Credit Assessment & Underwriting: Underwrite commercial loan proposals accurately in compliance with company credit policies and risk guidelines. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements of business enterprises, corporates, partnership firms, and other entities using standard financial tools. Income & Risk Evaluation:



Perform income assessment (with or without formal financials) and evaluate the economic viability of asset classes (CV & CE). Proposal Recommendation: Draft comprehensive credit notes and recommendation reports for sanctioning authorities. Portfolio & Compliance Monitoring: Track loan repayments, review client exposure periodically, manage delinquency risks, and ensure complete post-disbursement documentation. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with business development teams to meet operational Turnaround Times (TATs) and submit timely MIS reports. Requirements & Qualifications

Educational Qualification: MBA or M.Com degree with a minimum 60% aggregate and no active arrears.

Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in credit appraisal, commercial underwriting, or retail loan processing (Fresh graduates with robust financial acumen are welcome to apply).
Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of financial statement analysis, retail credit
