nThe Senior Sales & Service Engineer is responsible for driving revenue growth through technical sales of pneumatic products and providing after-sales service support. The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, customer relationship management, and problem-solving skills to support clients across manufacturing industries.
N2. Key Responsibilities
NA. Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop recent business prospects in industrial sectors (OEMs, end users, Dealers & distributors). N
Promote and sell pneumatic products such as cylinders, valves, FRLs, fittings, Tubings and automation solutions. N
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. N
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations. N
Develop robust relationships with key decision-makers and customers. N




Handle techno-commercial discussions, negotiations, and order closures. N
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. N

Provide pre-salestechnical consultation and product selection guidance. N
Understand customer applications and recommend suitable pneumatic solutions. N
Assist in system designand integration of pneumatic components. N
Coordinate with design/production teams for customized solutions. N

nC. After-Sales Service & Support

Provide installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting support at customer sites. N
Handle breakdowns, service complaints, and maintenance requirements. N
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues to maintain satisfaction. N
Conduct preventive maintenance and service audits. N
