POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our Audiovisual Engineering
team. This technical role supports the global AV ecosystem that powers seamless
communication and collaboration across the company. You’ll be responsible for
the implementation, support, administration, and life cycle management of
audio/video hardware and software, focusing not only on reliability, but also on
automation, scripting, and operational scalability. The ideal candidate will




have hands-on experience with commercial AV technologies (QSC Q-SYS, Shure,
Dante), video conferencing systems (Google Meet, Zoom), and converged IP
networks, paired with a robust foundation in automation tools, programming, and
infrastructure as code. You’ll play a key role in driving innovation, improving
support processes, and building repeatable solutions that reduce manual
overhead. This position involves full lifecycle project ownership—from
requirements gathering and design reviews through deployment and operational
support—and may require occasional off-hours work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
* Own the implementation and support of AV technologies for deployment
projects globally.
* Work closely with architects, engineers, and AV integrators to design,
automate, and deploy solutions that align with company standards.
* Develop and manage scripts, tools, and automation pipelines for provisioning
and managing AV systems.
