Job Overview:

We are hiring an Accounts Assistant for a textile company in Saroli, Surat. The role involves accounting entries, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, cheque-related work, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day billing and accounting entries
- Manage purchase, sales and other accounting entries
- Handle GST & TDS-related workings
- Record and maintain bank transactions
- Perform bank reconciliation and other basic reconciliations
- Handle cheque-related accounting work
- Assist with data preparation and supporting accounting documentation
- Perform data entry and support day-to-day accounting operations

Requirements




- 1.5–2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience in handling accounting entries, GST and TDS is essential
- Knowledge of purchase, sales and bank entries
- Experience with bank reconciliation
- Positive speed and accuracy in data entry
- Basic knowledge of accounts and accounting processes
- Basic knowledge of accounts finalization is preferred, but not mandatory
- Hard-working with attention to detail
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
