NWe are seeking a highly motivated and agile Executive Assistant to join our founders' office. This role is pivotal in supporting our founding team by shadowing the founder in strategic decision-making processes and facilitating extensive networking prospects.

Strategic Support:Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans by providing research, analysis, and administrative support. N




Participate in strategic meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items. N
Conduct industry analysis to inform strategic decisions. N
Networking and Relationship Management:Accompany the founder to various business meetings, conferences, and networking events both domestically and internationally. N
Build and maintain relationships with key industry figures, partners, and stakeholders. N
Travel and Event Coordination:Manage all travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries for the founder. N
Plan and coordinate events, from small executive meetings to large industry conferences. N
Communication:Serve as the first point of contact for the founder, managing communications and correspondence. N
Prepare presentations, briefings, and reports for internal and external meetings. N
