Job Description
• Implement and monitor IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution
• Manage user access and permissions to IT systems and applications
• Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies and regulations
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to deploy and upgrade systems
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures
• Monitor system performance and optimize resources for efficiency
• Provide technical support and guidance to IT staff and end-users
