Title : Senior Analyst Programmer – Support

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Analyst Programmer – Support with experience in production/application support and data platforms. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Informatica PowerCenter, UNIX Shell Scripting, and Control-M, along with experience in incident management, RCA, and enterprise application support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 production and application support.

Monitor and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.

Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.

Support and maintain Oracle databases, ETL workflows, and batch jobs.

Develop and troubleshoot PL/SQL code and UNIX shell scripts.

Work closely with development and business teams to ensure application stability.

Follow ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
