Job Description:
Location: MEMCO (Contemporary Industrial Estate), Ahmedabad
Experience: 5–10 Years
Qualification: B.Tech – Food Technology / Dairy Technology
CTC: ₹5–7 LPA
Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day production operations at the bakery manufacturing plant.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are achieved.
Monitor production processes, manpower, raw materials, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and GMP standards.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.
Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and minimize wastage.
Maintain production records, reports, and operational documentation.
Ideal Candidate:
Candidates with relevant experience in bakery/food manufacturing production, solid process knowledge, and valuable team-handling skills.
