Excellent troubleshooting skill
Experience in HIL testing, Simulation based testing – Mandatory – 2 to 5 years
Perl/Python/CAPL scripting – Mandatory – 1 to 5 years
Vector tools like CANoe, CANape – Mandatory – 1 to 5 years
Automotive protocols like CAN, Flexray, Ethernet, KWP2000, LIN, UDS – Preferred – 1 to 5 years
Autosar framework/standards – Preferred – 1 to 5 years
A-Spice / CMMI / ISO quality standards – Preferred – 1 to 5 years




Hardware setup and debug – Mandatory – 1 to 5 years
Automotive system knowledge (ECU, Sensors, Software) and technical mindset – Mandatory – 1 to 5 years
Project life cycle – Mandatory – 1 to 5 years
Communication and Interpersonal skills – Mandatory – 1 to 5 years
ISTQB/IREB Certification – Preferred – 1 to 5 years
Stakeholder management – Mandatory – 1 to 5 years
