Engagement with Mapped HDFC Bank Branches and generating leads and driving business through Current Account Database .
Attending Morning huddle at Bank Branches on SME line of Business.
Maintaining Renewal percentage across Branches for SME business
To maintain Branch Activation through SME line of business.
Maintain a Customer Profiling sheet / Lead tracker of Future prospects by doing daily Joint visits with Bank Sales Team.
Versatile to travel across the assigned bank branches with Large territories
Resolve all queries/complaints/grievances arising from Channel/Customer to the satisfaction of the channel/customer
Post sales Service to client.
