Job Description:

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SCM Head to lead and manage the Pan-India Supply Chain function, covering Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics and Inventory Management.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Pan-India SCM operations across procurement, warehouse and logistics.
Develop and execute procurement strategies for network, infrastructure and operational requirements.
Manage vendor selection, negotiations, contracts, cost optimisation and supplier performance.
Oversee central and regional warehouses, inventory planning, stock accuracy and material availability.
Manage logistics and transportation operations across India, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of materials.
Drive inventory optimisation, demand planning and supply continuity.
Establish SCM processes, SOPs, KPIs and performance dashboards.
Ensure effective coordination with Finance, Network, Projects,



Operations and Business teams.
Identify prospects for cost reduction, process improvement and supply-chain efficiency.
Lead and develop the Pan-India SCM team.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Desired Profile
15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably within Broadband, Telecom, ISP or Infrastructure.
Solid experience managing Procurement, Warehousing & Logistics at a Pan-India level.
Proven expertise in vendor management, negotiations, inventory control and cost optimisation.
Robust leadership, analytical, commercial and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience managing large teams and multi-location operations.
Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai preferred.
