Position Summary

As an Inizio Ignite Senior Analyst you will be a core member of client
engagement teams, leading sophisticated analytics workstreams and owning the
development of high-impact analytical deliverables. You will apply advanced
analytical, coding, and modelling skills to solve complex business problems for
life sciences clients, while contributing to methodological best practices
across the data analytics team.

A significant portion of this role will focus on commercial analytics and
business intelligence, including marketing and sales analytics, real-world data
analysis (e.g., claims and EHR), and the design and delivery of dashboards and
data visualizations that support strategic and operational decision-making.

In this role, you will work closely with case team leadership to design and
execute analytics approaches, translate ambiguous business questions into
structured analytical plans, and communicate insights clearly to both internal
stakeholders and clients.

The ideal candidate for the Senior Analyst position is a highly motivated,
analytically rigorous individual with strong ownership mentality, excellent
communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced
consulting workplace.

* Proven analytic experiences and problem-solving skills (Master’s degree with
a major in a related field of quantitative science e.g., engineering,
computer/data science, statistics, mathematics, etc.)

* Senior Analyst: Master’s degree plus 1-2 years of relevant work experience or
PhD’s degree

* Demonstrated expertise in processing and analyzing large datasets using SQL
and Python/R/SAS; strong Excel skills (e.g., Power Query, VBA) a plus, with
experience applying these skills to commercial analytics use cases such as
marketing performance, sales effectiveness, patient journeys, and market
dynamics

* Strong foundation in statistical analysis and machine learning, including
