Role Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and systems-focused Greenhouse ATS/
Talent Acquisition Systems Support Analyst to support the administration,
maintenance, optimization, and reporting of our recruitment technology
ecosystem, with a primary focus on Greenhouse ATS.

This role will serve as the first point of contact for recruitment system
support, ensuring recruiters, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders have a
seamless experience using our recruiting technologies. The successful candidate
will be responsible for system configuration, user support, data integrity,
troubleshooting, process documentation, and continuous improvement of
recruitment systems and workflows.





Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Systems Administration & Support
• Act as the primary support resource for Greenhouse ATS and related recruitment
technologies (Linkedin Recruiter, HireEz, DataPeople etc)
• Maintain role-based permissions and user access across multiple business units
and entities.
• Provide day-to-day support to recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and other
system users.
• Support system testing, upgrades, releases, and implementation of current
functionality.
• Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and knowledge articles.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and
automation.

Integration & Data Management
• Support integrations between Greenhouse, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter,
background screening providers, onboarding platforms, and other recruiting
technologies.
