Role Description

The selected professionals will be responsible for creating, developing, coordinating, and updating BIM models for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-protection systems based on project drawings, specifications, BIM Execution Plans, and client requirements.

Responsibilities will vary according to the candidate’s experience and position and may include:
Develop accurate and coordinated MEPF models using Autodesk Revit.
Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, sections, schedules, details, and construction documentation.
Coordinate MEPF services with architectural, structural, and other building systems.
Perform clash detection, model reviews, and multidisciplinary coordination using Revit and Navisworks Manage.
