Drive new business by identifying, targeting, and winning direct shipper and BCO accounts across strategic trade lanes. N
Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers and key stakeholders. N
Manage the full sales cycle,



from prospecting and lead generation to proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure. N
Grow and develop existing accounts to maximize customer retention, shipment volume, and profitability. N
Achieve and exceed revenue, volume, and margin targets while contributing to the overall growth of the organization. N
Stay informed on markettrends, carrier developments, and trade lane opportunities. N

Proven success infreight forwarding sales, particularly within Ocean Freight and Air Freight. N
An established network of direct shippers and BCOs in the Mumbai market and across India. N
