nWe are hiring Technical Customer Service Executives for an international UK telecom process.
NThis is not a complete technical support role. The position primarily involves technical customer service, where you will assist UK customers with telecom-related queries, basic troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.

Handle customer calls from the UK and provide professional assistance. N
Understand and resolve customer queries related to telecom services. N
Perform basic technicaltroubleshooting and guide customers through solutions. N

Maintain positive customer service and ensure a positive customer experience. N
Accurately update customer information and call details in the system. N
