The Role

Infrastructure Architects are the key link between Kyndryl and our clients. You’re in a technical leadership role, uniting and guiding stakeholders from clients, governance, and project executives to delivery and sometimes even the vendors who work with the client. You’ll be there from the start of a project — understanding what’s needed and figuring out the best technical solution. And you’ll be there at the finish, delivering the right product on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure, manage and Troubleshoot: of Cisco ACI,



Cisco R&S;, SD-WAN, and F5 Load Balancer/DNS solutions in both on-premises and cloud environments.

Oversee the deployment of Cisco Data Center (DC) technologies, ensuring optimal performance, high availability, and disaster recovery capabilities.

Collaborate with infrastructure teams to define network topologies and ensure seamless integration of various technologies.

Provide advanced troubleshooting and performance optimization for Cisco ACI, R&S;, SD-WAN, F5 Load Balancer, and Data Center environments.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and network administrators.

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of Cisco ACI, SD-WAN, F5 Load Balancer, and Data Center environments, ensuring mínimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Ensure that security policies are integrated into network designs and configurations, aligning with best practices.
