Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Vasai East, Maharashtra

Job Type: Full-time | Work From Office (WFO)

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing official social media channels, running campaign strategies, and interacting with our digital audience.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Planning: Develop creative post ideas, captions, graphics, and short-form video concepts (Reels, Shorts, Stories).
- Account Management: Schedule, publish, and manage daily content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Performance Tracking:



Monitor post performance, track analytics (reach, engagement, growth), and optimize content accordingly.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with current digital media trends, viral audio, and platform feature updates.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Prior experience managing business social media accounts (0-2 years).
- Working knowledge of Canva, basic photo/video editing apps, and social scheduling tools.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Understanding of basic social media metrics and growth strategies.
- Ability to work on-site at our Vasai East office during fixed shift hours

Pay: ₹11,365.53 - ₹20,000.00 per month
