We are looking for a highly experienced Real Estate Project Execution Leader with 20+ years of experience, preferably with reputed large real estate developers, to lead and drive the successful execution of large-scale residential projects.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
20+ years of experience in real estate project execution, preferably with reputed large developers.
Proven track record of end-to-end delivery of villas, plotted developments, and high-rise apartment projects.
Robust expertise in project planning, scheduling, execution, cost control, and site operations.
Experience managing multiple projects, large site teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
Solid ownership of project timelines, budgets, quality, safety, and statutory compliance.




Ability to identify execution risks, resolve bottlenecks, and drive timely corrective actions.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with leadership, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Proven leadership capability in building high-performing project teams and driving execution discipline and accountability.
Strong understanding of project governance, MIS, progress monitoring, and escalation management.
Candidates with a reliable career history will be preferred.
Postgraduate qualification preferred.
