Job Summary

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented Fresh Graduates for a Domestic Technical Voice Support process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing basic technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through voice support.

Fluency in Hindi is Mandatory.

Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory Requirements
Any Graduate
Freshers are welcome to apply
Fluent in Hindi (Speak, Read & Write)
Basic computer knowledge
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service mindset
Willingness to learn technical troubleshooting and support processes
Ability to work from office on a 6-day work week

Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support through inbound and outbound voice calls.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to products and services.
Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR)



wherever possible.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned support team when required.
Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
