n Role Overview
nThe Placement Manager / Senior Manager is responsible for facilitating campus placements, building corporate relationships, and enhancing student employability through structured training and industry engagement.
n
n Key Responsibilities
n1. Campus Placement Management
n
- n
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end placement activities n
- Invite companies for campus recruitment drivesn
- Schedule interviews, tests, and selection processesn
- Ensure smooth conduct of placement drives (online/offline)n

n2. Corporate Relations
n
- n
- Develop and maintain relationships with HRs, recruiters, and industry leaders n
- Identify recent companies for placement opportunitiesn
- Organize industry visits, guest lectures, and networking events n

n3. Student Training & Development
n
- n
- Identify skill gaps and arrange:n
- Aptitude trainingn
- Soft skills developmentn
- Technical workshopsn




- Prepare students for:n
- Resume buildingn
- Group discussionsn
- Personal interviewsn

n4. Placement Strategy & Planning
n
- n
- Develop placement calendars and annual strategy n
- Set placement targets (number of offers, companies, packages)n
- Track and improve placement statistics year-on-yearn

n5. Data Management & Reporting
n
- n
- Maintain student databases (eligible, placed, offers)n
- Generate reports on:n
- Placement statusn
- Company participationn
- Salary trendsn
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Admin, Faculty)n

n6. Internship Management

- Facilitate internship opportunities for students n
- Track internship performance and conversion to full-time rolesn

n7. Compliance & Documentation
