• experience in Oracle HCM Cloud or other on-premise Oracle applications like PeopleSoft or Oracle EBS.

• Any experience as QA - manual testing consultant Or Support & maintenance consultant or implementation consultant in Oracle applications is required

• Having Oracle Cloud applications certification or formal training will be an advantage.

• Business process understanding in any of below modules: Core – HR, Global / NA Payroll, Perks, Absence management

• Technical skills such as Fast formula, HCM extracts, OTBI, BI publisher is an advantage

• Any experience in training current team members or preparing training documentation is an advantage

• Excellent communication and presentation skills is a must.

• Any experience in client facing role is an advantage.

• Candidate should be Self-motivated, team player and have outstanding learning attitude

• Ability to prioritize and perform effectively under pressure.

• Professional with good organizational and planning skills
