Timely completion of activities to ensure customer grievance redressal are withing the timeline (TAT) prescribed. All regulatory requirments are adhered.
Implementing process changes, support recent product launches with complete understanding.
Quality reporting and billing on reimbursements, plough back processing (receivable/payable) as per vendor agreements are adhered. Contribution on TAT and process improvement.
