Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive revenue growth by acquiring new brand clients, building strong relationships with marketing teams, and promoting influencer marketing solutions.

The role will focus on identifying brands interested in influencer collaborations, understanding their marketing objectives, pitching customized campaign strategies, and successfully converting prospects into business.

The ideal candidate will contribute to expanding the agency’s client portfolio and building long-term brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and market research.
Research and connect with potential clients across industries such as Fashion, Beauty, Technology, FMCG, Lifestyle,



and other consumer-focused sectors.
Pitch and promote influencer marketing campaigns, brand collaborations, content production, and content strategies.
Understand client marketing objectives and propose customized influencer marketing solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand managers, marketing teams, and decision-makers.
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and campaign pitches.
Negotiate budgets, deliverables, timelines, and campaign terms with clients.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify current business and growth opportunities.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM.
Follow up with prospects and manage the business development cycle from lead generation to closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
