Business Analyst (Life Sciences /Medical Affairs)
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a robust background in Life Sciences and Medical Affairs to support systems and processes. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, application configuration teams, and support teams to manage requirements, change requests, and system enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working with Medical Affairs BA role.



This role demands strong expertise in requirements management, change management, and delivery coordination, along with proficiency in tools such as Jira and ServiceNow

Must Have Skills: Life Sciences BA Experience with Minimum of 5 years in Medical Affairs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead end to end requirements management, including enhancements, defect fixes, and change requests
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, application configuration teams, and support teams
Coordinate the development, testing, and delivery of features and system changes
Support prioritization, impact assessment, and traceability of requirements across R&D; systems
Manage and track changes using Jira and ServiceNow
Ensure solutions align with R&D; processes, regulatory expectations, and validated system environments
