About The Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js.
The ideal candidate should be an excellent individual contributor, capable of independently designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.

Essential Job Functions:
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js.
Develop robust backend services and APIs using Node.js.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.




Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
