Experience: 2–5 yrs exp in production line supervision/process operations with FMCG/Food/Spices exposure, equipment handling, quality, throughput & shopfloor documentation ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a energetic Line In Charge to handle end-to-end production line operations and ensure smooth, effective, and quality-driven manufacturing output in a fast-paced FMCG setting. Key Responsibilities:
Manage assigned production lines such as grinding, blending, sorting, seed processing, etc.
Ensure achievement of daily production targets as per Line Throughput Standards (LTS)
Monitor process parameters and take immediate corrective actions for deviations
Ensure strict adherence to GMP, hygiene, housekeeping & food safety standards
Coordinate with Shift In-Charge, Quality, Maintenance & Stores for smooth operations
Supervise and allocate manpower efficiently across production shifts
Maintain accurate production logs, shift reports & operational records
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce wastage and improve efficiency
Ensure minimal downtime and quick response to production disruptions
