Position: Sales Head – RTC (Ready-to-Cook)
Location: Bangalore
Qualification: Any Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology / Operations preferred)
Experience: 8–12 Years in RTC, Processed Foods, FMCG, Poultry or Food Manufacturing,Preferred: Candidates with robust experience in the Chicken / Poultry Industry
CTC: 25 LPA (Negotiable based on experience) Key Responsibilities * Own the end-to-end RTC business P&L; covering sourcing, manufacturing, sales, distribution, channel expansion and R&D.;
Drive sales growth, revenue achievement, market penetration and profitability across GT, MT and Q-Commerce channels.
Develop and implement channel-specific growth strategies and expand the RTC business into new geographies and emerging channels.
Monitor product-wise profitability, pricing, trade margins and cost structures to improve contribution margins and EBITDA.
Manage distributors, channel partners, retail partners, modern trade and franchise operations to drive business growth.
Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including sourcing, procurement, logistics, inventory, distribution and cold-chain efficiency.
Drive strategic procurement,



supplier development and current sourcing partnerships to ensure cost competitiveness and supply continuity.
Oversee production planning, demand fulfilment, inventory management and service-level improvement.
Improve manufacturing efficiency through yield enhancement, wastage reduction, process standardization and productivity initiatives.
Lead CapEx planning for plant setup, machinery, automation, cold chain and manufacturing infrastructure expansion.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D; and Quality teams for recent product development and improvement of existing RTC products.
Drive new RTC SKU launches including pricing strategy, packaging communication and multi-channel rollout.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, food safety, quality and regulatory standards across manufacturing operations.
Build strong relationships with leadership, sales, distribution, supply chain, finance, franchise partners, retail partners and Q-Commerce platforms.
Lead and develop cross-functional teams while ensuring strong execution and business performance.
