Key Responsibilities
Design & Engineering
Lead the design and development of plumbing and fire fighting systems, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards (NFPA, IPC, etc.).
Prepare design calculations, equipment selection, and system layouts.
Project Management
Oversee multiple projects from concept through commissioning.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions and ensure timely completion.
Technical Oversight & Quality Assurance
Review and approve technical documents prepared by junior engineers.
Conduct quality checks and site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications.
Compliance & Team Leadership
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant codes and industry best practices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and BIM teams.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and vendors to address project requirements and resolve technical issues.
Participate in client meetings, project reviews, and value engineering discussions.
