At Etihad Airways, we’re looking for an ambitious Junior Account Manager to join our commercial team in Delhi.

You’ll work alongside and be mentored by two experienced members of our Delhi sales team, giving you the opportunity to learn from established commercial professionals while gradually taking greater ownership of your own accounts and relationships.

What you’ll do

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll help grow Etihad’s presence and commercial performance across your assigned portfolio of accounts.

You’ll build relationships with existing and prospective customers,



understand their businesses and identify opportunities to grow revenue. Using market insights, sales data and Etihad’s commercial tools, you’ll learn how to turn opportunities into results while developing your skills as a trusted commercial partner.

You’ll also:
Develop and execute sales activities to support the achievement of commercial targets.
Build strong relationships with assigned accounts and identify opportunities to grow existing business.
Prospect and develop relationships with potential current customers.
Use sales data, customer insights and market intelligence to identify prospects and support commercial decisions.
Keep customers informed about Etihad’s network, products, services and promotions.
Monitor competitor and market activity and share insights that can help strengthen Etihad’s position.
Support the negotiation and management of commercial agreements within established guidelines.
Maintain accurate customer and account information within our CRM.
Work closely with colleagues across Sales and the wider Etihad commercial organization to deliver results.
