Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Anesthesia qualified to join our dynamic team within the Hospitality sector, offering a competitive annual compensation package ranging from ₹2 to ₹2.5 lakhs. The position plays a critical part in our operational workflow, requiring the individual to manage anesthesia administration and monitoring with precision, thereby supporting the overall quality of care delivered to our guests.

Responsibilities
Administer and monitor anesthesia protocols to ensure patient stability and safety during procedures.
Perform exact patient monitoring throughout the pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases.
Execute vascular access procedures, including the insertion of IV lines and catheters, with accuracy and care.




Collaborate with medical teams to assess patient needs and adjust anesthesia plans accordingly.
Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and hygiene protocols in all clinical activities.
Document patient vitals and procedural details accurately in compliance with organizational standards.

Requirements
Minimum of one year of hands-on experience in anesthesia administration or a related clinical field.
Proven proficiency in patient monitoring techniques and equipment operation.
Demonstrated skill in performing vascular access procedures such as IV cannulation.
Solid understanding of hospitality industry standards regarding patient care and service excellence.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.
