Your Key Tasks
Lead and manage all sales initiatives for a portfolio of selected hotels in area of responsibility
Coach, mentor, and motivate a small but energetic team of Account Managers to achieve outstanding results.
Maximize revenue growth by implementing strategic sales activities aligned with business objectives.
Identify and drive recent business opportunities to expand market presence.
Build and nurture solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize sales potential.
