Job Description
Market, Customer & Competitive Insights: Develop a fact-based view of market dynamics and customer needs. Consolidate input from Sales, users, dealers and channel partners; monitor competitor moves; identify opportunities, portfolio gaps and commercial risks.
Portfolio Strategy & Regional Requirements: Translate field and market insights into prioritized regional product demand. Contribute regional requirements to portfolio strategy, product roadmaps, business cases and portfolio trade-offs, while aligning India Sales and Portfolio priorities.
Product Lifecycle Management: Manage regional lifecycle requirements from ideation and launch through adoption, rationalization, phase-out and retirement. Align launches and phase-outs with regional sales plans and market readiness.
Commercial Performance Management: Track revenue, volume, margin, market share, product mix and recent-product performance.



Diagnose performance gaps and recommend corrective actions, including portfolio rationalization and cost or complexity reduction prospects.
Sales Interface & Feedback Loop: Act as the strategic portfolio partner to India Sales. Provide timely product, portfolio and competitive insights, and establish a structured feedback loop that converts field input into portfolio decisions and actions.
Planning: Build project volumes by connecting market demand, channel signals, launch plans and portfolio changes with commercial planning assumptions.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, Segment Teams, Product Management, Product Development and Global Portfolio Management to execute portfolio priorities and resolve issues
