Required Skills
4–6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
Solid experience in US IT sourcing, screening, and candidate submissions.
Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Boolean Search, and other sourcing platforms.
Good understanding of US work authorization and visa categories.
Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099.
Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, AWS, Azure, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, Cloud, and Cybersecurity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, follow-up, and candidate relationship-management skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
Willingness to work in US Night Shift.
